Machined Aluminum Insulator Flange – Low Pressure Casting for High Voltage Applications
Our insulator flanges are manufactured from aluminum alloy using low pressure die casting (LPDC), delivering low porosity, high dimensional stability and reliable mechanical strength. After casting, each flange goes through CNC machining for bolt holes, sealing faces and concentricity control, making it ready for assembly with porcelain or polymer insulators in 10kV–500kV class equipment.
